No problem! We welcome all fitness levels, and our instructors provide tailored modifications and progressions to suit your needs.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to your class. When you arrive at the studio, let your instructor know it’s your first time. They’ll guide you through the basics and show you how to use the reformer before the class starts.
All you need is a bottle of water to stay hydrated and your grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks yet, don’t worry - you can grab a pair at the studio or through our booking system!
Although we do sell grip socks in studio, you do not need to buy them from us! They are available from a wide range of retailers including department stores and Amazon.
Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your class. If you’re earlier than that, kindly wait until an instructor opens the studio door. For everyone’s comfort, we keep the studio door locked during classes to ensure the session isn’t disturbed.
We do not have designated spaces for parking. The closest parking lot is next to Nesters or opposite the Post Office.
Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are a must for safety - they can be purchased through our booking system at checkout or in the studio. Please tie hair back, and note that any jewellery is worn at your own risk.
There are bathrooms which are apart of our building next to the yoga studio. There is a code for the bathrooms which is written on our door or you can ask your instructor. There are no showers.
Shoes aren’t allowed in the studio. When you arrive, you’ll find a shoe rack where you can leave them before class.

To book a class, you’ll need to have an active membership or a class credit on your account. Each reformer class is worth 1 credit. For example, if you purchase a drop-in pass, it will give you 1 credit, which you can then redeem when registering for a class.
Once you have credits available, simply log in, choose your preferred class time, and book your spot.

We kindly ask that you wipe down your machine & collect your belongings promptly after each session. This allows the next group a moment to settle in.
