MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGESABOUT US

Frequently asked questions

Absolutely! Our classes are all levels, and our instructors offer modifications and guidance to support both beginners and experienced clients.

If it’s your first time on the reformer, please arrive about 5 minutes early and let your instructor know when you check in. They’ll walk you through the basics and help you get comfortable with the equipment before class begins.

We also offer Beginner Basics classes, which move at a slightly slower pace with more focus more on foundational movements.

All you need is a bottle of water to stay hydrated and your grip socks. If you don’t have grip socks yet, don’t worry - you can grab a pair at the studio or through our booking system!

Although we do sell grip socks in studio, you do not need to buy them from us! They are available from a wide range of retailers including department stores and Amazon.

Please arrive no more than 5 mins before your class. If you’re earlier than that, kindly wait until an instructor opens the studio door. For everyone’s comfort, we keep the studio door locked during classes to ensure the session isn’t disturbed.

All classes start with a mandatory warm up. This is to make sure your body is ready for exercise and you have the range of motion and don’t cause an injury. If you miss the warm you will be refused entry into the class by your instructor.

We do not have designated spaces for parking. The closest parking lot is next to Nesters or opposite the Post Office.

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are a must for safety - they can be purchased through our booking system at checkout or in the studio. Please tie hair back, and note that any jewellery is worn at your own risk.

All of our classes are 50 minutes long. Classes start promptly at the start time and we ask that you stay until the end of class for the safety and enjoyment of you and the other members in class!

We kindly ask that you wipe down your machine & collect your belongings promptly after each session. This allows the next group a moment to settle in.

There are bathrooms which are apart of our building next to the pilates studio. There is a code (6589*) for the bathrooms which is written in class by the window, or you can ask your instructor. There are no showers.

Shoes aren’t allowed in the studio. When you arrive, you’ll find a shoe rack where you can leave them before class.

Yes. We require all our clients to be 16 years and older.

You are most likely able to attend, but please check with your physician or medical professional before attending class. If you do choose to attend, please let your instructor know before class.

Bookings & Cancellations Policy

When you add yourself to the waitlist, no credit is deducted at that time.

If a spot becomes available, the system will automatically move you from the waitlist into the class, and your credit will be applied at that point. Once you are added to the class, the regular cancellation policy applies.

If you know you can no longer attend, we recommend removing yourself from the waitlist so you are not automatically added if a spot opens.

The waitlist also has a 1-hour cut-off, meaning you will not be automatically added to a class within 60 minutes of the start time so you still have enough time to make it.

Waitlists move more than you might expect — adding yourself gives you a great chance of getting into class.

To book a class, you’ll need to have an active membership or a class credit on your account. Each reformer class is worth 1 credit. For example, if you purchase a drop-in pass, it will give you 1 credit, which you can then redeem when registering for a class.

Once you have credits available, simply log in, choose your preferred class time, and book your spot.

Prefer using the app?
You can download the OfferingTree app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you've installed it, open the app, search for Studio 103, and select our studio to save it to your profile. After logging in, you'll be able to view and manage your schedule, book classes, and make purchases directly from your phone.

Membership credits renew based on your personal billing cycle, not the calendar month. That means your credits refresh on the same date each month, depending on when you signed up.

You can use your credits however you like — all in one week or spread them out.

Just a heads-up:

  • If you use up all your credits before your billing cycle resets, you’ll need to wait until your next cycle for new credits to be added.

  • Unused credits do not roll over, so be sure to book in when you can!

Yes. It is important to pre-book your classes as we are a small studio of 7 beds so classes can book out. You will receive and email to confirm your booking if you are added into the class.

For regular classes, we have a 12-hour cancellation policy to give everyone a fair chance to practice. Please cancel at least 12 hours in advance so others can join. Late cancellations will result in the loss of a class credit. If you cancel before this your class credit will be returned to you!
What if I forget to cancel and no show a class?
If you book a class and don’t attend, you’ll lose your class credit and be charged a $10 no-show fee.

Events such as workshops, series and specialty programs are non-refundable. Please ensure you’re able to attend before booking.
