After completing her Diploma in Pilates through Tensegrity Training Australia, she continued her studies at the University of Newcastle, earning both a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master of Exercise Physiology. Her experience ranges from athletes and dancers to pre and post natal clients and older adults. Blending her Pilates training with her clinical knowledge, Emily creates supportive, thoughtful classes designed for every body. Bronte is a physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor who began her Pilates journey in 2019 through clinical rehabilitation. With training through DMA and APPI Clinical Pilates, she has been integrating Pilates into her physio practice ever since, and for the past two years has also been teaching group Reformer classes. She is passionate about using Pilates for injury management and prevention, and her teaching style focuses on efficient, precise, feel-good movement to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in their bodies.

Outside the studio, Keisha’s usually out hiking, swimming, snowboarding, or anywhere near the ocean — her love of the outdoors inspires the fun, feel good movement she brings to every class!

Marwa has been teaching movement for over 10 years, bringing her experience from Montreal to the Bow Valley. She is a comprehensively certified Pilates teacher and also teaches yoga, offering classes that are thoughtfully sequenced, physically challenging, and grounded in intelligent movement. Her teaching emphasizes breath, alignment, and building strength with awareness. Marwa believes in rigorous movement that still feels good in the body, and she creates an environment where students can work hard, stay curious, and enjoy the process. Her classes are focused, supportive, and always infused with a sense of ease and fun.

Jess is a contemporary style Pilates instructor from Australia. She has been practicing Pilates for the past five years and earned her Reformer Pilates Teaching Certification through Barre Body in 2023. After a severe ankle ligament injury, Jess turned to Pilates as a low impact form of exercise and quickly fell in love with its benefits. Her classes focus on flow and form, creating balanced, full body workouts. She aims to move slowly and with intention, maximizing muscle engagement while minimizing risk of injury - though her classes will still leave you feeling the burn!

Alexis is a founder and owner of Studio 103. She began her Pilates journey just over a year ago while marathon training, searching for something to complement her high impact sports - including her love for skiing in the winter. After taking her first Reformer Pilates class in Calgary, she was instantly hooked. With limited options in the Bow Valley, Alexis found herself travelling regularly for classes, which sparked her vision to bring the experience closer to home. Alexis is passionate about creating a welcoming space for movement, connection, and balance & can’t wait to welcome you to the studio.

Originally from Perth, Australia, Chelsea has been coaching in the fitness industry for over four years. She holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness, along with Mat and Reformer Pilates qualifications. After beginning her career in group fitness at F45, she transitioned into the mining sector as a Health & Fitness Coach, where she taught Pilates onsite across Western Australia. Now based in Banff, Chelsea teaches Mat Pilates and is passionate about helping others build strength, mobility, and a deeper mind body connection.

Nicole is a classically trained Pilates instructor with experience in both fitness & clinical settings, having worked with everyone from Russian ballerinas to NFL players to 84 year old's recovering from surgery. Her movement journey began in baby ballet slippers, evolved through competitive dance, and carried her into adult extracurriculars; surfing, hiking, skiing, and collecting a few bumps along the way. Pilates became her path to recovery and resilience, a practice she's passionate about sharing both in and out of the studio.

Her favourite part of teaching is helping people improve their body awareness and alignment, as well as feel more confident. When she’s not teaching, she is usually outside enjoying our beautiful backyard with her family.

Studio 103 is a boutique reformer Pilates studio. With just seven reformers, we keep our classes intentionally small so every person benefits from attentive, personalized support. Our cosy space is designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in - simple, welcoming, and focused on what matters most: quality movement and a supportive environment.
Our team of instructors brings a wide range of training and teaching styles, from classical to contemporary reformer Pilates. Each instructor is highly trained and brings their own unique approach, allowing clients to explore different styles and find what works best for their bodies, goals, and lifestyles. Our instructors guide with expertise, build confidence, and help you move with intention.

If it’s your first time or your 100th time at our reformer studio, here are a few reminders to ensure that your experience at the studio goes smoothly:
Grip socks are mandatory. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase some at our studio.
Please check in with the teacher upon entry.
Please take off your outdoor shoes and hang your coats.
Please store any other personal belongings in the cubbies at the back of the studio.
You are welcome to take photos before or after class. No photos or videos are permitted during the duration of class.
Please note that we do not have showers at the reformer studio.
Classes are 50 minutes and start and end on time. We lock the door as soon as class begins and unlock it at the end. For everyone’s safety, no latecomers are permitted.
If you are brand new to reformer pilates, we recommend arriving at the studio 5 minutes before class starts so the teacher can give you an orientation to the space.
